D'ailleurs au bout d'un moment on compte même plus els jours, les jorunées apssent et voilà. Alors que le premier jour on dit "Ok ça fait 1h... Oh il est 15h26, oh il est 15h31, oh il est 15h37 bon je fais quoi. Peut être en allant faire pipi ça passera plus vite. Youpi 15h43 !"

Finalement le temps passe vite quand on arrête d'y penser et l'ex revient plus vite du coup.

 

:lol: :lol: :lol: Bien résumé Jaguar!! S'il pouvait effectivement revenir... Hier j'ai lu un truc sur le forum, une phrase en guise de signature :'un e c'est comme la prison, si on y revient, c'est qu'on a pas compris la leçon!'

Ca m'a retournée un moment et je me suis sentie minable de vouloir le récup.

Vouloir le récupérer est normal mais il faut savoir ce que l'on veut récupérer. On veut récupérer des souvenirs ? On veut récupérer une personnalité ? On veut récupérer de l'amour ? De l'affection ?

Le problème c'est que la majorité des raisons sont erronées car ce qu'il y a eu avant ne peut pas se reproduire car les choses changent et si de toute façon elles changent pas c'est que vous avez pas compris la leçon oui. L'amour que l'on ressent est biaisé par les souvenirs, puis au moment du SR on reste sur un amour à l'instant "t" qui est la rupture mais c'est comme si il y avait un amour intemporel, qui ne prend pas en compte les changements. L'amour ressenti est sur pause et quand on met play bah ça tombe pas juste avec le présent car les sentiments que l'on ressentait et la réalité sont à deux endroits différents. Il faut accepter que l'insouciance disparaît, que les blessures sont là, mais il faut plus avoir un état d'esprit proche de celle de la rupture. Il faut dire adieu à son ancien mode de vie, c'est une nouvelle relation et celle-ci nous plaira peut être pas autant que l'ancienne. En fait on se bat tous pour une relation que l'on connait pas, on pense qu'elle vaut le coup au vue de la précédente mais on en sait rien car on sait pas de quoi sera faite la suivante.

Là est le travail du SR, que voulons-nous ? Qu'est-ce qu'on aime chez l'autre ? En fait on recommence comme si c'était un mec (ou une fille) qu'on croisait dans la rue sauf qu'il nous est familier... Il y a moins de choses à découvrir donc on se retrouve un peu plus vite confronté à la réalité des choses. Donc soit on se lance car c'est la personne qu'on veut et que les chemins sont semblables et ça peut être génial, soit on réalise que les choses ont changé et ne nous conviennent plus et il faut pas insister. La sécurité nous rassure car on connait la personne mais notre SR nous apprend que la valeur essentielle d'un couple est le bonheur de chacun.

Idem...il faudrait un gant de box sur mon PC pour qu'il me mette une pêche dès que mon cerveau déconne ou que j'envisage de craquer ;) voilà un projet sur lequel se concentrer: création d'un gant de boxe détecteur de mauvaise pensée et permettent de tenir pendant le SR sous peine d'avoir le nez cassé :)
